manufacturer Cistermiser has appointed Mark Tucker as national sales manager. Reporting to managing director Richard Braid, Tucker


will oversee a growing national sales team, developing the team’s commercial capability and ensuring customers receive the highest levels of technical support and service.


Filstorage, the storage and display equipment supplier has appointed Richard Johnson as managing director.


The move sees founder Paul Taylor take a back seat in the business for the first time since


establishing Filplastic (UK) Limited, trading as Filstorage, more than 30 years ago. Taylor will remain an active member of the team, despite handing over the reins.


Radiator manufacturer Stelrad Radiators has appointed James Russell as business development manager for the south west.


Russell, based in Somerset,


joins the company from Ideal Boilers. He holds an ILM Level 5 degree in Leadership and Management and a Bpec qualification in Air Source Heat Pumps, Low Temperature System Design and Water Regulations.


The Encon Group, distributor of insulation and building materials, has promoted James Robinson to the role of national sales manager – merchants.


Robinson, previously Account Manager – North, joined the business in 2018 and has built a wealth of experience in the builders’ merchant sector.


Daikin UK has announced the appointment of two new regional sales managers in the North.


Liam Maher has moved across to become regional sales manager for Manchester, with Steve Parsley taking over as regional sales manager for Yorkshire and the North East, following several years as a Daikin business development manager.


Shower enclosure brand Lakes has appointed Tim Lloyd as its new finance director.


Lloyd will oversee all aspects of the financial planning and analysis, establishing processes,


guiding strategic decision-making and ensuring the company remains well-positioned for further expansion and hitting its ambitious goals.


BPC Building Products has appointed Scott McAndrew as technical director. He will lead the newly established BPC Innovation Centre, setting its strategic direction and taking responsibility


for product innovation and testing.


Tembe founder Guy Malam will move from his current MD role to CEO & sales director, with Dell Fitzgerald, currently sales director South,


moving into the MD role effective from December 1 2025. Fitzgerald will lead the day-to-day running of the business, whilst supporting Mallam in leading the commercial activity in the South.
