AQATA MAKES IT CLEAR The DS506 shower screen is the latest addition to AQATA’s range of shower screens, trays and accessories. The Curved Quintet Walk-In shower screen is created from a single sheet of 8mm glass, with ClearShield ECO-GLASS protection as standard. The continuous single flowing curve can be used with a shower tray or is equally suitable for wet rooms. The curvature of the glass extends for 1200mm with no seals and is 2000mm high. It comes in clear or grey glass, an optional extra, the steady bars can boldly contrast or colour coordinate with the bathroom. They introduce additional glamour with finishes including chrome, gold, polished nickel, brushed nickel and matte black. Matte black is particularly stri king against the smoky luminosity of the tinted grey glass. OLD LONDON GETS AN UPDATE
Hudson Reed has updated its traditional bathroom range, Old London, with a new collection of classic bathroom furniture. The new floor standing range of cabinets and coordinating accessories follows the Old London signature.
The new furniture features framed shaker-style door fronts, tongue and groove styling to side panels, and brushed chrome knobs. Available in three colours, Twilight Blue, Storm Grey and Timeless Sand, with a textured woodgrain finish, the units include soft-close doors and drawers and are supplied rigid. Vanity units come with a choice of polished marble top, in white, black or grey marble and white ceramic and in 600mm and 800mm wide versions, as well as a twin unit measuring 1200mm. VITRA ADDS AQUACARE FUNCTION
VitrA ‘s new Aquacare makes it easy and quick to install a mechanical bidet function within a WC pan, and the advanced technology prevents any possible contamination with household water supply.
It comes as a complete set: a WC with a pre-assembled and integrated air breaker, and a WC seat and cover. The WC pan requires no additional equipment or preparation besides water installation. Showerwall’s bathroom wall panelling brochure has been updated to reflect the new additions of Navy Herringbone, Scallop Blush, Scallop Coral Reef and Geo Cube to its Custom Collection.
The four new decors match the current appeal of art deco and geometric designs and blue and pink colour schemes in today’s interior design market.
