Meet the Maker


CellarDine founder, Peter Dunne has been hosting the Meet the Maker events for 25 years. Housewares Magazine finds out how the in-store demonstrations have maintained their success.

Designing my own products takes time and patience, I have found that the public take a real keen interest to understand the process behind product development if it’s presented in the right way. I approach it from the point of view that I’m not trying to aggressively sell to the customers. I want to educate the customer and actively demonstrate our key lines and bestsellers to show how they work, the

As a result, we created a wine tips booklet to remove the snobbery out of wine and simplify the key elements, effectively breaking down the wine terminologies so we can all understand what they actually mean.
