Here’s a selection of products showcased at co-located trade exhibitions Exclusively Housewares and Exclusively Electrical, held in London on June 12 and June 13

Tradestock Elia

Adding to an extensive tableware collection that spans cutlery, chinaware, bar and beverageware, Elia launched its Fine Crystal collection. Mouth-blown and hand-finished, each piece is described as ‘featherlight but strong’. Elia also previewed a collection of gift boxes in which to present the glasses.

Festive trends for 2018 are epitomised in these new Christmas designs from Tradestock, which feature across placemats and coasters. Tradestock says: ‘Both Rustic Christmas (designed by Howard Shooter) and Christmas Treats exude a handmade craft style, with exquisitely crafted decorations and a festive wreath made from edible goodies, set against rustic natural backdrops.’

PACKIT was amongst the line-up of products on PHA KitchEssentials’ stand, having been relaunched in the UK. The freezable bag range, which was created in the US, is the only one of its kind, according to PHA KitchEssentials. The bags fold to fit in the freezer so the gel walls can freeze, with no ice packs needed. Featuring on-trend patterns and designs, the range will be ready to hit the shelves in mid-August.

Brand new to Viners’ children’s cutlery collection is Mermazing and On the Ball. Made from 18.0 stainless steel, these new four-piece sets (comprising a knife, fork, spoon and small spoon) are suitable for children aged 5+ and feature discreet embossed mermaid and football emblems on the handles. The sets are designed to help older children enjoy their food confidently at mealtimes; for example, a ‘slight yet safe serration on the blade of the knife supports children in cutting their own food, to foster a sense of independence’.
