FUJITSU BRINGS IN TWO NEW PARTNER SCHEMES

F

ujitsu General Air Conditioning UK has launched two brand new partner schemes, eff ective

from this month, each providing comprehensive training programmes with extended periods of product warranty and further support services for Fujitsu customers. ‘Infi nity Partner’ and ‘Infi nity

Partner Elite’ both focus on education, with no minimum value of sales required in order to achieve membership. On completion of a number of

technical training courses each year, both Infi nity partners and Infi nity Elite partners will be eligible to receive extended product warranties from Fujitsu.

Martyn Ives, Fujitsu’s technical manager, explained: “We have seen that customers who undertake a comprehensive product training programme are less likely to raise a

warranty claim than those who have not been trained.” “Education is a main focus of

Fujitsu and is a key reason why we have taken this step to link the two together in our new approach,” he added. In recognition of close customer

relationships, marketing rebates at 1% of sales shall be provided for partners spending up to £50,000, extending to 2% at £125,000 for Elite partners

Elite partners will also be able to

benefi t from a transferable product warranty, which means that if they inherit a product that has been installed by a third party, the product will be covered by their extended warranty. Fujitsu will further assist at this

level with labour contributions, plus a new dedicated out of hours technical help line.

The existing, long-standing

‘Comfort Club’ shall continue as Fujitsu’s customer reward scheme, continuing to provide a 2% rebate of sales as points to any member. These points can be redeemed though a collection of high street vouchers, joint corporate events or in Fujitsu’s new online store, where co- branded items can be designed and purchased. In addition, existing Comfort Club members who already meet the training criteria will instantly qualify for the new ‘Infi nity’ partner schemes. These members should submit a

completed application form in order to preserve their 2019 extended warranties. To fi nd out more about the new

Infi nity Partner schemes or Fujitsu’s product range, visit www.fujitsu- general.com/uk or email sales@fgac. fujitsu-general.com.
