Describe your range of products?
We manufacture and supply a wide range of heating equipment for the industrial and commercial sector which includes:- • Gas fired warm air suspended heaters (including ultra high efficiency and low NOx condensing models); • Heating and ventilation units which allow the space to be heated via warm air with an addition of fresh air to help keep the space fresh and healthy. These units also allow the introduction of 100% fresh air during the summer (with no heat), providing the space with ‘free cooling’; • Suspended radiant heaters, these are available as single standalone models or multi-burner continuous systems to provide total coverage; • Door curtains, which help protect the space from the ingress of cold air through open doors. At the same time they prevent the loss of heated/conditioned air from the space escaping through the door. Having such a wide portfolio allows us to meet the requirements for most
market sectors which includes (but is not limited to): • Automotive industry – showrooms, servicing and manufacturing areas • Rail workshops and train maintenance sheds • Out-of-town retail stores • Factories • Sports halls • Kitchens/restaurants.
Which of your products are in high demand?
Demand for most of our products is high, particularly during the cooler months of the year. However, the suspended warm air heaters along with radiant heaters, tend to be the most popular. This can be attributed to the longstanding ‘Reznor’ brand, which has always been synonymous with quality and reliability. Reznor was established in 1888, so we are currently in our 130th year of operation, 130 years of supplying quality products.
What are the modern day HVAC challenges you face?
With more buildings becoming thermally efficient, the importance of an HVAC system in commercial and residential buildings cannot be overemphasised, but is sometimes overlooked. The fact remains that fresh air is good for the body, and in commercial buildings, it helps improve productivity. Most modern buildings prevent the ingress of natural fresh air, therefore a good ventilation system is needed to help to reduce the number of pollutants, bacteria and
