AVS CONFERENCE 2019 AVS AV

VS CONFERENCE 2019

have come to tell me they are going back to the UK to consider EVs and solar energy generation for their company.

“It’s easy to get wrapped up in the day-to-day affffairs of running a business and AVS Conference gives its members and suppliers a chance to come away from that and consider the bigger picture. EVs may seem futuristic, but the future is right here, right now.”

Moving on to the hard work of networking, each supplier had the opportunity to spend eight minutes with each member and pitch for new, or further, business. This is the bread and butter of conference and can be a very tiring ffaffair for all.

Members had u p to 40 supplier pitches to hear during the day,

which they ranked in order, for the AVS Award Ceremony. The Best Presenter was recognised, along with other Highly Commended and Winning companies, at an evening event.

The evening affffair was hosted by British actor, television presenter and DJ Craig Charles who revealed that having spent a few days in AVS’s company at the hotel, he had come to realise that “vending is more Rock and Roll than Rock and Roll”.

Proving Craig right, the crowd went on Craig’s CC Funk n Soul show, until it was ff

time for some guests to slip to enjoy a DJ Set from

off to bed and others, who were just getting started celebrating another successful conference, to head out into the night and carr y on the p arty .
