365 RetailMarkets acquires Company Kitchen


365 RetailMarkets has announced the acquisition of the self- service technology company, Company Kitchen of Merriam, Kansas. The business confirmed that the Company Kitchen employees and customers will transition to be a part of 365 Retail Markets, the globalMicroMarket leader.


Joe Hessling, 365 Retail Markets, CEO said: “We are thrilled to work with other pioneers within the MicroMarket industry. There is no question that under one roof we will now have the most experienced and talented team in our space.We certainly expect to leverage this to expand our leadership position, to enhance the already great dining experience that CK offffers, and to bring our self- service technology expertise to customers we have not worked with in the past.”


Company Kitchen confirmed that this transaction will add thousands of new market locations, hundreds of new dining locations as well as a team of 30 people to the 365 family. The Company Kitchen customers will continue to be serviced by the current team from their offffices in Merriam, Kansas.
