the first award, sponsored by Lavazza, being presented for Best Machine Innovation. The award went to Coffetek Azkoyen’s Novara Protein Shake which

uses proven technology to provide a freshly prepared range of pre and post workout protein shakes. Ian Johnston, sales director of Coffetek said: “Coffetek is proud to

SB Software won in two categories – Best Customer Service for its

Client Support Team and Best Ancillary Product or Service for its Vending Management System (VMS) Vendmanager. Simon Black, SB Software managing director said: “Thank you to

Best Payment System, sponsored by Siemens, went to Nayax for Best Supplier Website went to Westomatic & Westonet. Built from

the ground up by the Westomatic marketing team, the website aims to cater to the dual requirements of existing customer support and encouraging new customer interest. Westomatic marketing manager Daniel Tanner said: “Building a

new website for the business was paramount in 2018, with the aim being to improve the customer experience at the digital front end of the business. The website and the hard work that went into the project has been rewarded with the win at the Vendies, which means a lot to the company and even more to the marketing department that built the site. We trust that the win will instil confidence in our existing customers to utilise this tool we have built for them, as well as encourage new customers to express their interest whilst browsing our machines online.”
