Samsung announces sponsorship of Sunday Brunch on Channel 4

amsung has announced a one-year partnership with Channel 4’s weekly
TV show, Sunday Brunch, which sees the programme kitted out with Samsung products and new sponsorship ads to highlight Samsung’s premium kitchen appliance range. Central to the partnership is Samsung’s aim
to promote its premium appliance and Bespoke Home line-up. The new sponsorship will see the programme
focus on some of Samsung’s home appliance features and products including Bespoke Jet,
Dual Cook Flex, AI washing machine, Beverage Center, Air Fry and the Samsung Family Hub, which will be featured on idents throughout the show.
Although the focus will be on appliances,
Sunday Brunch will also feature other Samsung products on the show, such as its state-of-the- art, award-winning Frame TV. Dan Harvie, vice president and head of home appliances at Samsung UK and Ireland, said: “Sunday Brunch has been the cornerstone of many households’ weekend TV viewing for over a decade and we’re delighted to be partnering with the show to showcase our range of Smart connected home appliances, including products from our laundry, refrigeration and cooking ranges in addition to Samsung Bespoke products in our refrigeration and Jet fl oorcare range. “We are excited to show viewers how they can
really level up their cooking with our state-of- the-art ovens featuring all our latest tech from SmartThings cooking to Dual Cook Flex.
Sirius appoints Marion Morton as head of commercial S
irius Buying Group has announced the expansion of its retail support
and services through the appointment of industry expert, Marion Morton, as head of commercial. Joining the senior leadership team, Ms Morton has more than 20 years of experience in the
trade and will be helping drive growth-oriented development plans, working closely with Sirius Approved Suppliers and Members to continue to develop exclusive opportunities to group members in order for them to grow their businesses more effi ciently.
She will engage with members and suppliers on all aspects of group business planning, building on both current and new initiatives. Ms Morton will also be responsible for
overseeing and supporting the commercial strategies within the group, carrying out targeted analysis, as well as negotiating new and future development opportunities.

director at Sirius Buying Group, said: “Marion’s experience and knowledge of the areas we want to drive makes her a great fi t for the Sirius team and her role will complement the ongoing work of our national business
