ach course is designed to address key challenges currently facing the electrical and energy industries. Delivered by the EIC’s experienced welfare team and expert partners, the training aims to equip industry members with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in today’s evolving workplace.


Sexual Harassment Training


Recent changes to UK sexual harassment legislation place a legal duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment. This duty covers harassment from other employees and also from third parties, such as customers and clients. These training courses help employers understand their duty to protect employees, prevent harassment and allow individuals to feel better equipped to respond to and report harassment, and teach the following: •
