industrial and outdoor lighting has been specifically developed for modular luminaire designs. All the highpower and midpower modules have passed a demanding series of tests, including exposure to salt spray and pollutants. With their extended temperature range of 40 °C to +105 °C/+95 °C (high power/mid power) they can also handle extreme climatic conditions. While highpower modules are extremely durable with a life of 100,000 hours, midpower module offer exceptionally high efficiency of up to 190 lm/W and a life of 80,000 hours. product/ultraflou1000hm/ has built on its success with the U1000 heat meter range to develop a MKII version, which extends the pipe size to cover applications from 22mm – 180mm (6”) OD pipe. And whilst the U1000MKIIHM can still be used as a standalone product, in the all important area of connectivity the new product supports optional Modbus RTU slave and RS485 serial communications for

areas where floor drainage is an issue and space underneath is very limited, this unique pump both sucks the waste water from the gully and pumps it away. The wireless models allow for easier installation and facilitates wireless communication between the pump and the shower waste. The gully and drain include a detection system that controls the pump. Water entering the gully or drain automatically activates the pump through the integrated detection system. The water is then sucked and discharged to the main line. Sanifloor+ features a powerful shower waste pump and a choice of gully designs so that it can be used to achieve a totally flat floor surface with either a tiled or vinyl wet room floor, depending upon the base surface used and a further third choice of gully works with low level shower trays of just 2cm. The Sanifloor+ can handle the most powerful rain heads and power showers thanks to its higher flow rates.

Technology Product List, ETPL) is a governmentmanaged list of energy efficient plant and machinery, such as boilers, electric motors, air conditioning and refrigeration systems that qualify for full tax relief. With over 17,000 listed products the ETL is one of the world’s largest databases of top performing energy efficient products. UK businesses that purchase products listed on the ETL can claim an Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA), a first year 100% accelerated capital allowance that delivers all available tax relief in 1 year. At the end of 2017, the Chancellor announced a number of changes to the technologies supported under the ETL and those changes have been published as The Capital Allowances (Energysaving Plant and Machinery) Order 2018 No. 268. The Order came into force on 22 March 2018. The changes include the addition of 3 new sub technologies for Evaporative Air Coolers, Saturated Steam to

effect air quality has on people’s health, especially following research such as the recent ‘State of the Global Air 2018’ report and the Government’s Clean Air Strategy. As both documents show, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) and other mixed gases can be detrimental to health and need to be monitored carefully. Sontay, the market leader in field control devices, has a full range of air quality, CO and CO2 sensors and has recently introduced new plant sensors, which are ideally suited to managing the air quality in industrial environments. Car parks, warehouses and loading bays can be dangerous places if the air is not monitored and controlled correctly. Sontay has incorporated a waterproof membrane into its plant housings for the GAAQ, GSCO and CGCO2

Evaporative cooling listed as new category on the Energy Technology List entitling

buyers to claim an Enhanced Capital Allowance

eeley International are proud to have all three Breezair

Electricity Conversion Equipment and White LED Lighting Modules for Backlit Illuminated Signs. Seeley International was part of

the working committee to establish the new energy technology list criteria for evaporative air coolers, with the Carbon Trust and a number of different stakeholders in the industry. The benefit that businesses can

get from choosing a product from ETL is equivalent to approximately 5.5 times the benefit of standard tax relief in the year of purchase. Businesses that purchase products listed on the ETL can also make significant energy savings. Considering embedding the ETL

into procurement processes will reduce the time it takes the business to find good quality products, and can deliver resource, energy and financial savings. The specific Seeley
