dvanced Rework Technology is a fully independent IPC electronics training provider, which has been presenting training courses since 1988. Our customer base includes the military, medical, aviation,
aerospace and automotive industries, not only in the UK but also around the world. Training is carried out using the latest equipment for hand soldering and rework of printed circuit boards. As independent consultants, A.R.T. can offer unbiased advice regarding specialised rework equipment. A.R.T. provides in-house training which can be customised to meet the needs of your company. A.R.T. is one of just a few fully accredited IPC certification centres around the world that can offer certified IPC training, including space and military addenda to all IPC standards at all levels of instruction: CIT, CSE and CIS.
Our staff are highly trained, motivated individuals that have extensive experience in electronic design, fabrication, assembly, rework and repair. The services we provide are unique to the
requirements of our customers. We have a custom- built training centre setup especially for these services. Equally, we have the equipment needed to offer all of our training on customers’ facilities. We provide bespoke training which can be customised to meet the needs of each customer and/or product.
To support the needs of our customers, we can also offer consultancy, inspection plans, material/ process support and auditing services. We may be one of the busiest IPC training partners in Europe, but that does not affect the quality of the training and services we provide. To ensure we maintain the level of service known by our customers, we also contribute to the writing of the standards and associated training programmes by being highly active IPC committee members. Our managing director, Debbie McDade, chairs the IPC European Standards Development and Training Committees as well as being vice-chair of IPC Product Assurance, to name a few.

A.R.T’s master trainers have won many awards from the IPC for their contribution to IPC documents and associated training programmes.
WHMA-A-620 APPROVED A.R.T are the only certification Centre in the UK to offer the certification training for IPC/WHMA-A-620 space addendum, which is approved by NASA.

A.R.T’s Master IPC Trainers were all employed in the electronics industry and therefore have extensive knowledge of assembly processes and quality requirements.

A.R.T are the only UK training Centre that sits on IPC task groups (committees) for many IPC standards and, therefore, have extensive experience of the documents and have contributed material for the documents.
COMMITTEE CHAIR
A.R.T also sit on the training task groups for the IPC standards and Debbie Wade, one of our Master IPC Trainers, is the chair of the IPC/WHMA-A-620 training committee.
