Concentric franchisee becomes trainer at head office


Karen Bowe took on her Concentric franchise in 2011 in the Birmingham area. Since then, whenever a new franchisee started out Karen was always first in line to help. Last month, timing conspired to offer her a dream new role: an adjoining territory franchisee made her an offer for her business she couldn’t refuse, at the same time as a position of full-time trainer at Concentric’s head office was created due to high levels of franchisee recruitment. Karen’s experience of having set up, launched and grown a branch from scratch will be invaluable to the new franchisees joining Concentric. Karen said: “I’m so excited to be part of Sally’s [Lawson, CEO] expert team and to be

working with the new recruits, setting them on their way. I feel like I’ve found my perfect role. I loved being in business, but my desire to nurture and help is stronger, and I’m loving every minute!”


Over the last six months, seven new franchisees have joined Concentric and they will all benefit from Karen’s experience and guidance.
