nationwide and growing, it’s one of the most trusted and recognised names on the market. Supported by and partnered with the largest hardware manufacturers and juice brands, VPZ holds exclusive, authorised dealership status from the industry’s leading brands. VPZ works in tandem with sister company,
world-renowned manufacturer Absolute E-juice, to create and produce exclusive best-selling e-liquids like S-Elf Juice, Primal, and V Original, not to mention exclusive OEM devices, including the renowned AEQ and Max ranges, giving VPZ the ability to not only guarantee quality, but to adapt quickly in this fast-moving industry. Everything VPZ sells is handpicked and
thoroughly tested, ensuring customers receive a high-quality and long-lasting product that’s TRPR compliant and registered with the MHRA, adhering to the strict industry standards. The business itself is still family run, with
its head offi ce based in Edinburgh. Growing from a single store in Leith, to over 165 stores nationwide in just over a decade, VPZ has no plans on stopping, with the vision of having a store in every town nationwide by 2028. VPZ is proud of the brand’s expert knowledge and the customer service of in-store staff, and
believe that the best chance of getting a smoker to quit for good is by equipping them with all the knowledge and tools necessary. To ensure this, all VPZ staff go through rigorous product and service training, including NCSCT certifi cation, before serving any customer. Evidence continues to indicate that vaping
can act as a key component of the NHS’s Quit Smoking strategy. Public Health England’s reports confi rm vaping is an effective way for smokers to quit, building on a landmark report that vaping is at least 95% less harmful than smoking traditional tobacco cigarettes, and the most effective smoking cessation tool available.* Figures show that around 3.2 million UK
smokers have quit using vaping, with another 270,000 currently making the switch.** Cancer Research UK estimates there are approximately 6.9 million smokers still left in the UK, all of whom could potentially switch to using vapes. That’s where VPZ comes in, with the mission
to assist those remaining smokers in making the switch, while helping existing vapers stay on their journey. VPZ do this by providing excellent customer service, an incredible range of products, the latest technologies, and accessible locations right across the UK. Having helped over 1 million people quit, VPZ
aims to radically increase this by growing its footprint and service model.
