ise is a management franchise where you recruit and manage a team of Activity Leads to deliver the sessions,
as well as being responsible for the sales and marketing activities. Last year proved to be an amazing 12
months for Rise, seeing a more-than tenfold increase in franchise territories operating across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. External accolades include winning the HSBC BFA Emerging Franchisor of the Year award and The Health and Fitness Franchise of the Year in the Innovation and Excellence Global Awards. More than 1,000 people a week attend Rise’s
adapted sports sessions and this is growing by around 20% a month. The Rise programme has been adapted to suit the needs of all
generations and levels of ability and is being delivered in a variety of community, healthcare and educational settings. The majority of Rise franchisees are 100%
focused on their business, however, several also own and operate their own successful home care businesses, which are proving to be very complementary enterprises. Many also operate multiple territories, generating a very signifi cant potential income stream. Rise franchisees come from a range of
backgrounds. You certainly do not need specifi c experience in the care or sports sectors. If you are passionate about making a difference, prepared to work hard and have good people skills, Rise can teach you all you need to know to run your own, life-enhancing franchise.
