5:00AM
I wake up and check emails on my phone, in case there are any urgent shifts required to be covered fi rst thing in the morning. Have a shower, get ready and then wake the kids up for school, get them showered and dressed, make breakfast, get their lunches sorted and have a coffee. Then I walk them both to school.
9:30AM
I get to the offi ce and go through anything that needs to be sorted from the day before and make a list of things that need to be completed for the day.
10.30AM
Check in with clients to see if there is anything needed in terms of any additional shifts that may need covering for the day.
11AM
Chase documents needed from candidates that are in process with us. Schedule interviews with potential candidates for available roles within the Nottingham Territory. Send out confi rmation emails with scheduled times and dates and documents required.
1PM
After lunch I check socials for our branch, research any new avenues we can get involved in. Get interview notes ready for interviews scheduled for the following day. Check current staff availability for the rest of the week.
3PM
Call new clients and schedule in meetings for the following week.
4:00PM
Go through candidate compliance checks and make them active. Send out welcome emails, and get welcome packs prepared to be posted out.
10:00PM Bedtime!
OUT OF HOURS
I use the weekends to spend time at home with the kids or venture out of town to visit family and friends, Sundays usually spend a little time cleaning the car and taking the kids for a kick about in the park also very fond of playing cricket with my son and eating out at the weekend.
5:00PM
Leave the offi ce and pick up my wife from work nearby and head towards school to pick up the kids and enjoy some family time.
8:00PM
After dinner at the dining table with the family, I put the kids to bed and unwind with a cup of tea and a Netfl ix series that me and my wife have been watching.
