operations across the group, while having dedicated teams for each office. Suhail said: “It’s been 10 years since I
became a Home Instead franchisee, so to receive an award is a fantastic way of celebrating this milestone! I’m proud to have grown the business from one franchise office to several. Thanks to the dedicated team I have built, we have given more care options to older people in various locations across Scotland. Being a franchisee has given me the chance to run a company with a global name, receive exceptional support, and undergo a clear business direction.”

contribution, having been made an MBE in the New Year Honours for services to older people. He recently attended his investiture with HRH The Princess Royal who awarded him with his MBE at Windsor Castle. Speaking about what was a very special day for Martin and his family, he said, “It was a real honour to collect my award from The Princess Royal and wonderful to be able to share the day with my family.”
