YTL ARENA COMPLEX, BRISTOL, ENGLAND


Architect - Grimshaw/ McGregor Coxall Builder - YTL Construction UK Opens - 2025/2026


Once three aircraft hangars, the new YTL Arena will be a multi-purpose entertainment space. Te 17,000 capacity arena, the third largest in the UK, will occupy the central hangar. Te east hangar will house a festival hall for conventions, exhibitions and large-scale events. Te west hangar will provide a hub space for small, start-up creative enterprises, complete with leisure facilities and food and drink outlets.


CHINA MERCHANTS BANK SHENZHEN, CHINA Architect - Foster + Partners Builder - China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd Opens - 2025


Te China Merchants Bank HQ, featuring a striking glass and stainless steel tower, will be a vibrant mixed-use development. Te south side of the site will include retail and cultural facilities for the local community, as well as offices, a hotel and conference center. A central axis will connect a public park with the tower, while two new plazas will host events and be surrounded by shops and restaurants on all sides.

Tis approximately-220-room hotel will be located opposite Osaka Castle, one of Japan’s most prominent historic sites, with F&B outlets including Roots, the property’s signature plant-based restaurant, serving products from the edible garden and outdoor nursery, as well as a brasserie, a tea lounge and a cocktail bar.
