The best part about being a BTG Ambassador is the high quality friendships that you develop over a very short period of time. Our industry at times has many highs and lows and to borrow some famous words from Carole King & James Taylor “Ain’t it good to know you’ve got a friend.”

What have you learned/gained most from being a BTG Ambassador?
I learned that innovation and independent thought does exist in senior housing. You can DREAM, that being said, it is up to you to find the thought leaders. If you do not take the initiative you may be disappointed as opposed to being energized and inspired!
Why should senior living pros join the Ambassador team?

To help steer the ship and energize the crew rather than just go along for a ride! As an Ambassador you are afforded many opportunities to expand your network & grow our community through meaningful conversations that can and have led to changes and perceptions in & around senior care. Senior living pros have a lot of noise coming at them every day from companies trying to sell them things - be more efficient, grow sales, grow talent, retain staff etc. - but at the end of the day they have to take care of real residents, keep an eye on the bottom line and team members along the way. As a BTG Ambassador, you have a support system & trusted partners to help with nearly anything you’ll experience be it at the community level, executive level or looking for a Vendor partner. BTG is working to refresh the culture in senior living & any senior living pro should want to be on board for that. I’m ALL IN.
What have you learned/gained most from being a BTG Ambassador?
The thing I have learned the most is that nothing in senior living should be an island - be that technology, operations, sales, development or even M&A. The real special sauce to it all is coming together as a group and using our shared experience & knowledge to drive the whole of senior living in a positive direction and I really feel like that is what we have as BTG Ambassadors - being able to share our experience across all levels and parts of senior living.
What is the best part about being a BTG Ambassador?
The best part of being a BTG Ambassador is the network of people that you meet. There is not a day that goes by where we are not chatting and more importantly supporting one another.

I will have to say the network again. Our industry is so big yet so small. When you join the BTG Ambassador team you are most certainly part of a lifelong family.
