Why should senior living pros join the Ambassador team?

It’s a great way to increase your professional (and personal) network. When I find out someone is a Bridge the Gap Ambassador, I immediately feel connected to them! We are all striving for bettering and advancing the industry.

Christy Van Der Westhuizen

What have you learned/gained most from being a BTG Ambassador?

I have met so many new industry friends. We are also each other’s biggest “hype people” by celebrating wins, both big and small!

Why should senior living pros join the Ambassador team?

It’s an opportunity to engage with people who have a heart for Senior Living that you most likely would have never met. I have learned about the many facets of senior living and been overwhelmed by the variety of people that have a heart to make a difference. Had I not joined BTG, I would have never

had the opportunity to get to know these people.

Maureen Longoria

What have you learned/gained most from being a BTG Ambassador?

A deeper appreciation for the people that have a heart for Senior Living. I’m in awe of the amount of people that have dedicated themselves to making a difference for Seniors. Senior Living is full of individuals who are committed to improving the lives of seniors and I am honored to work together with them.

What is the best part about being a BTG Ambassador?

The camaraderie among the Ambassador team and the opportunity to reach and be inspired by the amazing professionals who serve this business every day.

Julie Podewitz

What is the best part about being a BTG Ambassador?

The ability to be a part of a cohort that has been vetted out that is dedicated to pushing the industry forward.

What have you learned/gained most from being a BTG Ambassador?

Matt Reiners

I have learned that collaboration and effective communication between the operators, capital, and vendor partners will help solve the majority of our industry’s problems.
