A s a member of the site HR and Administration team, you will be responsible for providing, maintaining and improving the professional and customer focused administration systems and services to the Clitheroe site. You will also provide an administration/PA support service to the site leadership team.


The ideal candidates will have a business administration qualification or equivalent, coupled with experience of working in a busy administration or PA role, ideally within a manufacturing industry. The candidates need to be a self-motivated, have great attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills as well as I.T and customer service skills. The role demands face-to-face contact with all departments on the Clitheroe site and a high degree of interpersonal skills is a necessary requirement.


The roles will involve managing all travel and booking of accommodation, managing the site’s stationery and travel budgets, and maintaining office equipment. You will also provide a support service to the leadership team with regards to organising events, visits and meetings, diary management and the communication of key information to site in the form of newsletters, reports and presentations.


TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNITY LIAISON ADMINISTRATOR- (Fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave)


You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and executing the site's training and development programme from sourcing training to the evaluation as well as providing professional guidance on training and development issues. You will also be responsible for coordinating all community and fundraising activities for the site.


The ideal candidate will have a training or HR qualification, coupled with some experience of working within a manufacturing industry. The candidate needs to be a self-motivated, have great attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills as well as I.T and customer service skills. Experience of working with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel is essential and experience of budget management and Crystal Reports would be advantageous.


LOGISTICS AND ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (Fixed Term Contract for 12 months)


A s a member of the site’s logistics team, you will be responsible for providing a professional support service to logistics and accounts. Reporting to the Raw Material and Production Planner the key responsibilities of the role include: • • •


Raw materials invoicing and receipting Stock counts and reconciliation





Managing and co-ordinating collections, deliveries and distribution of materials through the computerised stock management system (SAP) General accounting activities and liasing with 3rd parties


The ideal candidate will have A- level qualifications or equivalent, coupled with some experience within a manufacturing industry in a warehouse or materials management type role. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-motivated, have great attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and I.T skills. Experience of S A P and a detailed knowledge of Excel are essential.
