An application having been received from the Environment Agency North West Regional Flood Defence Committee for the variation of the main river map of its area, notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 194(5) of the Water Resources Act 1991, that the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs intends to vary the said main river map in accordance with the proposals described below.
