In the first quarter of the
year, every borough except for Ribble V a lley and Rossendale saw house prices fall - with Pendle experiencing the largest drop, of almost 10%. But now the latest figures from the Land Registry - which monitors sales of all homes - show that prices in these boroughs are now increas ing
again.The news comes as national figures reveal average house prices are expected to hit £300,000 within five years, with prop erties in the North West likely to reach an average of £200,000." Graham Ireland, pic tured, is conveyancing
