SABDEN Cricket Club will be in action in the first


.round of the NPOWER National Village Knockout on Monday. The village team make the jour­ ney up to the South Lakes to take on Sedgewick at their picturesque ground in a 40over contest. The final of the competition is at Lords in September but Sabden are looking no further than the first round at the moment in their first venture into this competi- lion. Supporters are most wel­ come as the club is trying to arrange coach transport.
