the beginning of spring many peo­ ple sta rt tidying the garden and clearing out the greenhouse while others think its a good time to do


Preparation and cooking time: 50 minutes plus cooling


: Makes 1 x 17.5cm/7-in.’ two-layer cake


Ingredients • 225/Soz butter or margarine


• O 225/Soz caster sugar • 3 eggs, beaten 9 V2

allow to cool completely. 6. Place the cream cheese, creme fraiche and sugar in a mixing bowl
