Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd August 2006 Lancashire County Council made the above Speed Limit Order under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to replace the existing speed limit with a 20mph speed limit along the full lengths (unless spedfied otherwise) of the following roads located within the Bamacre Road Area Zone Boundary.

1) From Point A along a straight line for 50m in a south easterly direction to Point B. Point A is located on the north east comer of the Fell View House turning area.


Point B is where the north westedy highway boundary of Bamacre Road meets the western highway boundary of Inglewhite Road.


2) From Point B along the western highway boundary of Inglewhile Road to Point C. Point C Is where the western highway boundary of Inglewhite Road meets the south eastedy highway boundary of Bamacre Road.


3) From Point C along a straight line for 140m in a south wesledy direction to Point D. Point D Is located on the south east comer of the Hesketh Road turning area.


4) From Point D along a straight line for 140m in a westerly direction to Point E. Point E is located on the west comer of the Nateby Close turning area.


This Order will come into force on the 141h August 2006 and any person wishing to question the validity of the Order may, within six weeks of that date, apply to the High Court for that puqmse.
