221/2 hours a week, working during tenn-time, at Bolton by Bowland Primary School, Clltheroe. You will control food and labour budgets. Lunch and overalls will be provided. EssenUal; You must have excellent cooking skills and experience in large-scale catering. You must have a recognised food hygiene certificate and excellent hygiene standards. You must also be able to lead a team and train new stalf. This post Is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exemption) Act 1975.
