he rapid increase in BMW and MINI sales and has mean that the demand for servicing of these two marques has risen enormously in


recent years. To meet this growing need for BMW and MINI maintenance, Bowker BMW and MINI have introduced 24 hour servicing from Monday to Thurs­ day.


This is the first BMW/ MINI dealership in the region to implement a 'round the clock' workshop operation and is in response to comments .from customers. Graham Chillingworth of Bowker says: “After talking to our customers we have decided to introduce 24- hour BMW and MINI servicing for their convenience after asking them how we could further improve our customer care to fit in with their needs. Now, any BMW or MINI owner can bring their car to our work­ shop at 5.00pm from Monday to Thursday, and we'll deliver their car back home in time for breakfast. We won't charge a premium for this new service. There’s no extra cost involved at all, quite the reverse in fact. All our sen/icing and repairs rates are extremely com­ petitive, BMW and MINI owners of cars over three- years old and out of manufacturer’s warranty can take advantage of the 4+ Programme. This ensures that all servicing or repair work carried out on older BMWs is easily affordable.”


He continues: “Our workshop is equipped with BMW Group-specified modern diagnostic technology and the latest tooling. Our BMW Group-trained techni­ cians have 120 years of combined BMW experience between them and they regularly attend training courses to bring their skills right up to date. We’re proud of the high standards of work that they consis­ tently manage to achieve. I invite all BMW and MINI owners to try out our new 24- workshop service. We aim at all times to be totally customer focused and are looking forward to meeting them in our comfort­ able reception area."
