While ‘Howarth and Jepson’ may be a new name to some considering buying furniture, to others it will conjure up images synonymous with trustworthiness, quality and exceptional service. Why? Because of its long-standing association within the furniture industry.

The name ‘Howarth’, of course relates to Jeremy, who is establishing this exciting new store inV Clitheroe, and ‘Jepson’ to R.L. Jepson Limited :of Blackburn. It was Jeremy’s great-grandfather who founded that furniture store for which Jeremy has worked for the past twenty-seven years.

The ‘Howarth and Jepson’ showroom, of over 7000 square feet, brings together an eclectic mix of traditional and contemporary designs. Familiar names to grace the store include Ercol, Peter; Guild, Modi, Lazyboy and ‘Stressless’ by Ekorness.*-1 '

There is superior oak, mahogany and walnut furniture crafted by the finest cabinet makers, including pieces from Titchmarsh and Goodwin coming direct from the International Furniture Fair. A more contemporary look from Karel Mintjens, Thomas Schneider arid Brigitte Forestier, amongst others, ensures a selection to suit all tastes. A range of carpets is also available. .

To'complement and enhance the display areas, and the buyer’s choice, ‘Howarth and. Jepson’ offers a range of high quality accessories including lighting, pictures, rugs and French silk flowers.

With a wealth of experience and knowledge in furniture retailing, Jeremy and his sales team, who have worked together for many years, aim to maintain and build on the levels of customer care

'that have been their hallmark for so long. Jeremy also hopes to introduce an environmental policy into the ethos of his business that looks to subscribe to local sustainable woodland development.
