If you can provide a professional and quality service to customers ensuring they receive a holiday package to suit their needs then we need you.


All candidates will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and driven by achieving results. You will have superb communication skills with an excellent telephone manner along with good keyboard skills. Previous sales and/or customer


service experience would be beneficial although full training will be given to suitable candidates.


Selected candidates will be contacted for a telephone interview and if successful will then be called for a formal face to face interview. Training will take place on weekdays between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm for 2 weeks.


Working hours are planned around the following opening times: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 9.00 pm, Saturday 9.00am - 7.00 pm and Sunday 9.00 am - 9.00 pm.


Shifts will include some evening and weekend work.


The hourly rate for these positions w ill be between £6.12 p.h and £6.59 p.h. + target related bonus. Hourly rate w ill vary dependant on department.
