Clitheroe. Simon Barnes, a director


of the new company, said: “We are very fortunate to have Jenny on board. The foot and mouth epidemic is causing some uncertainty about when we can launch hut, I am sure we will be fully up and running before Jenny returns from the US


in July. “Our intention is to give


people an interesting excur­ sion as well as shopping at a specialist food and craft shop - Jenny’s presence, creating some wonderful sculptures in full view.wll he a unique attraction.”
