MY FAVOURITE FILM by Chris Barrow
What is your favourite film of ail time? "Highlander.1
1
Why do you like it so much? The fantastic scenery, the period changes and the
characters, especially the Kurgan, lots of action and mindless violence with humour!.
When did you first se e this film? _ u
On the way down to the Falklands, on board HMb Leeds Castle. There were only three videos on board, I can't remember the name of the other two, but somebody picked them up in Amsterdam!
What is your favourite part of the film? The scene where the Highlander is banished from
Eilean Donan, or where the Kurgan is in the church wishing the nuns "Happy Halloween".
Who is your favourite actor/actress? It's a close call between Tommy Lee Jones and Gary
Oldman. .
• Chris is an ex-BN physical trainer who h a s opened an out door and climbing equipment shop in Clitheroe.
