secretary from Stuart Dawson while Martin Foulds continues to look after the junior members. The club has an active member­ ship of around 350 including a very


strong ladies’ section. ■ The ladies are full members of


the club and have full voting rights. Membership applications are invit­ ed for all categories of a club where


the social life is very strong. “Mike and Linda Hart have a


busy time organising our social cal­ endar and that is another of the things that makes Whalley such a popular club,” concludes the cap­
