I WOULD like to draw attention to the ongoing litter and dog fouling on our streets in Clitheroe. I am absolutely fed up with the lack of respect in the way some people treat our footpaths, our streets and gardens. I can guarantee every

day I am moving dog fouling or litter from in front of my house. When I talk about litter I talk about the inconsiderate people at night who are drunk and ju s t throw their empty takeaways

I am personally going to contact Nigel Evans and ask him if there is some thing more we can do to stop this disgusting problem and, if neces sary, I will take it as far as the Prime Minister, to help keep this town
