Rhodes, outlined how she began, along with seven other ladies, in her venture in "Hats for Hire”. She brought along some lovely hats, which were modelled by guests and Waddington WI members. Mrs Rhodes gave a good
constructive talk on how certain hats were more suit able for each customer, the materials used, and about grey being the most sought- after colour this year. A nice selection of scarves, hand bags and jewellery were on show too, and even fashion able umbrellas. Mrs Margaret Lupton
