Production of accurate monthly statements on Travellog system Payment of suppliers, i.e. ferries, hotels, motorail, flights etc. according to set deadlines
Matching and checking of supplier invoices against computer system ^ Liaising with suppliers either by telephone or letter regarding any pricing queries
TRAVEL AGENTS ADMINISTRATOR ' KEY R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
• Production of accurate monthly statements for all credit agents • Accurate allocation of all cash received from credit agents • Maintenance of Travel Agents Cash Book

• Monitoring of payments to ensure agents prompt payment • Telephone/faxing agents to ascertain reason for non-payment • Providing accurate information to the Credit Controller on overdue payment
For all the above vacancies, the following skills would be required:
• Computer literate with excellent keyboard skills • Good command of English language, and letter writing skills • Ability to prioritise work load, achieve deadlines and work weU under pressure
• For some of the above positions a knowledge of Travel Agency business would be an advantage, but not essential
