with the following personnel:- Production Manager An experienced Production Manager for the Lamination Department.


The ideal candidate will have a textile background, preferably in a fabric finishing or a flame lamination environment with experience of running a rotating three-shift svstem. Reporting to the Finishing Plant Manager, the


successful person will be responsible for maximising process efficiencies, improvement and assurance of quality through ISO 9002, stock control, and the overall Health and Safety of staff.


Process Improvers


Due to our continuous improvement process, three additional Process Improvers working within manufacturing are required. Responsibilities will include identifying improvements in processes and product innovation, quality reporting, safety, machine efficiencies and total system cost reduction. This demanding role requires applications to have


the ability to assume a strong leadership stance, coupled with ambition a n d a d r iv in g sense of urgency to set and realise goals.


Ideally, both positions require the successful candidates to be qualified to HNC level in a manufacturing discipline, although not essential. You will be able to demonstrate leadership and management skills


Initiative, enthusiasm and self-confident in making decisions, with the ability to achieve results in a fast moving environment are essential


features of these positions. The successful candidates will be able to work well under pressure, be persistent and resilient. Excellent problem solving and communication skills are a prerequisite.


Customer Account


Co-ordinator (PLANNING)


Reporting to the Material Control Manager you will be responsible for


expediting customer order schedules to completion on time and in full tnrough the production processes on site. Working closely with the manufacturing planning and yarn procurement section, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of schedule adherence and achieving customer deadlines under pressure.


You will be able to demonstrate excellent team vyorking skills, be a self starter and have sufficient initiative to fulfil this demanding role


unsupervised. You will have an organised, logical mind with an analytical approach to problem solving, be a good communicator, both written and verbal and possess good numeracy skills. An ability to use computet spreadsheets is essential, preferably with knowledge of Excel software.
