games saw the Wolves beat Junior Clarets 4-0 with two goals each from Gary Jack- son and Matthew Coulter. Paul Clark was man-of-
the-match. Wolves Under 10s com
pleted their Warburton’s League season with a 4-0
defeat at Brunlea. Man-of-the-match Gino
Peregrine was outstanding, along with Luca Musker, Dominic Brown and Daniel
Hull. Clitheroe finished a cred
itable fourth, and all the players should be proud of
their efforts. Wolves Under 15s
enjoyed a good 2-1 away win against rivals Knuz-
den. In the first half Wolves

Knowles gave Wolves the lead with a chip over the keeper.Wolstenholme equalised after 25 minutes but Clitheroe came back at them to re-take the lead through Mark Hitchin. Wolstenholme levelled
yet again but three more goals for the Wolves gave
them a 5-2 victory. Goalscorers in the second
half were Mark Hitchin (2) and Lee Waller with fine
individual efforts. The result leaves Wolves
top, but they can be caught by Junior Clarets who have one game to play. Should the Clarets win
first half and took the lead after 20 minutes through newcomer James Harper, who shot from close range. Whaliey continued in the
