Barnes, the firm has gone from strength to strength in its 39 years. From humble begin nings at a single shop in Gisburn Road, Bar rowford, the company now commands a vast site in the heart of Pendle. Even so, it has remained a family business to
this day. Founders Brian and Hazel are still around to make sure things run smoothly. But reflecting how much the company has grown in its four decades, the son and daughter team of Daryll Barnes and Jackie Hall are also now involved in the business. The former premises in Gisburn Road were
