TOWNELEY High School stu dents have logged-on to the future with the latest state-of- the-art computer technology. The Burnley school, which has
730 pupils, is setting the pace for tomorrow with the introduction of a custom-built computer system which puts the school streets ahead of its competitors. Deputy headteacher Mr David

The students are doing the same and are using the computers to do their exam work and home work." The school recently installed 44

able to back the ambitious project so governors have footed the £100,000
