Talented ladies' work goes on display

THERE was excel lent support for Trinity Methodist

Church, Clitheroe, Ladies’ Fellowship tea and sale.

Members had spent weeks making items to

' sell, some at a craft class, and there was much admiration for their efforts.

The Mayoress of Clitheroe, Mrs Pat McGowan, opened the event and was intro duced and thanked by president Mrs Dorothy Slaiding.

The event raised £326, which will go towards church funds and for charitable work.

Our picture shows some of the fellowship members. (CAT 13618)-
