IAIN WATSON David Collins Studio celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2025, and its CEO Iain Watson has been there since the start. One of the world’s go-to hospitality design firms, the company’s creativity has touched everywhere from The Wolseley to Claridge’s to the glittering Gourmet Pavilion at Macau’s Wynn Palace Cotai (pictured).
