tends to ebb and flow, he adds that those are short-term trends: “While there have been some bubbles, our company has seen steady growth more or less every year.” And, while admitting that there are some challenges, such as labour and supply chain issues, he believes they are just bumps in the road and that overall, the outlook for manufacturing is positive. This, Piso says, has resulted in Pennsylvania companies making investments in overhead cranes, noting that as a result his company’s backlogs were very healthy coming out of 2024 and continue to be so in 2025.
