The Radisson RED brand counts 85 properties in operation and under development, and brings a playful twist on the conventional. It continues to grow from strength to strength, including entering new markets across EMEA and APAC, such as Berlin, Belgrade, Galway and Vientiane. Strategic milestone openings across the


group’s EMEA portfolio in 2024 include Radisson RED brand’s debut in south-east Europe with the opening of Radisson RED Belgrade in partnership with PPHE. The group also signed its second property in partnership with PPHE and Germany’s first Radisson RED property, Radisson RED Berlin Kudamm. Set to open this summer, Radisson RED Berlin Kudamm will be


located just steps from Kurfürstendamm, commonly known as Ku’damm, Berlin’s iconic boulevard and one of its most famous shopping streets, and within walking distance of the famed KaDeWe department store.


The Radisson RED brand will also mark the brand’s debut in Ireland when it opens Radisson RED Galway later this year, located in the Crown Square development minutes from Galway’s city centre. Radisson RED Galway will feature 177 rooms, each reflecting Radisson RED’s vibrant signature style and design, which incorporates art, music and fashion to offer an unforgettable stay to all guests. Since the expansion of the group’s strategic partnership with PPHE and the integration of the lifestyle art’otel brand into the group’s brand umbrella, Radisson Hotel Group and PPHE have opened multiple award-winning properties, including art’otel London Battersea Power Station, art’otel Zagreb and the latest addition, art’otel London Hoxton.


Offering a one-of-a-kind hotel experience, art’otel London Hoxton fuses art, design and hospitality to add to London’s ever- evolving, popular Hoxton and Shoreditch neighbourhoods. The hotel has been designed and is brought to life by Signature Artist D*Face, recognised as one of the most prolific contemporary urban artists of his generation. In collaboration with Eyal Shoan of award-winning interior design studio Digital Space, D*Face works feature in all bedrooms and public spaces, curating everything from original large-scale sculptures and murals to bespoke details. Hot on the heels of these exciting openings and art’otel’s existing properties in Amsterdam, Berlin and Cologne, new contemporary properties in partnership with PPHE are slated to open, including the new art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio. art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio’s Signature Artist will be renowned Roman contemporary artist Pietro Ruffo, whose art collection will bring to life the history of the Eternal City. Ruffo will be collaborating with award-winning interior design studio Digital Space to create a truly unforgettable immersive hotel experience for guests.
