WITH THE EYES of the world having been on the Paris Olympics, we’ve continued the focus on the French capital by looking at what happens after the Games – the infrastructure and the legacy; what was rebuilt, reconfigured and regenerated. And
then followed that up with a feature on an artist who brings his works and architecture together in Paris. And while art and architecture working together doesn’t always have a happy ending, this story does. As for happy endings, we have a magnificent FX
Awards shortlist, which is posted online. With a huge international context, if you’ve made it to that list you really are world class! Daniel Liebeskind is attending the event this year, and though he hasn’t entered any of his projects, not least the recently featured Maggie’s Centre in London, he is, nevertheless, travelling over from New York to witness you all winning. While we continue to work on the magnificent stage set – you deserve a brilliant theatre! – contact Tony for the best seats in the house on +44 7803 148194, and come and celebrate with us, your clients, your team, and host Marcus Brigstocke. Lastly, with it being back-to-school month, we have a fabulous insight into how to make schools better, easier, friendlier and accessible – and, as we’d say in office circles, more productive. Te kids are alright! See you soon.
