MAPEI


A resilient floor installation featuring a sustainable Mapei system has been completed at the new Forest of Dean Community Hospital. Designed by ONE, the Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust hospital is located in Cinderford. The application included two Mapei preparation products: Latexplan Trade protein-free, low-odour levelling and smoothing compound, and Eco Prim T Plus, a universal acrylic primer. Flooring was installed with Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus hard set, highly shear resistant, wet-bed dispersion adhesive. All the Mapei products feature very low VOC Emicode: EC1 Plus formulations. The installation featured Forbo designs and was completed by Rotherham’s Titan Flooring for Speller Metcalfe. mapei.co.uk
