Fareham mayor unveils £200,000 ofice refurbishment
A £200,000 refurbishment of a landmark ofice building on the outskirts of Fareham has been unveiled by the town’s mayor in a special opening ceremony. The Number 25 building, in Barnes Wallis Road, was relaunched by mayor Cllr Pal Hayre with a ceremonial cutting of a ribbon across the entrance. The ground floor renovation expanded social and collaboration areas and refreshed the reception with bespoke furniture and wall coverings, aiming to create a luxurious atmosphere throughout the centre. Name change for Mlinaric, Henry & Zervudachi Interior design firm Mlinaric, Henry & Zervudachi is celebrating 60 years in business with a change of name. The company was first established by David Mlinaric, and was joined in 1969 by Hugh Henry, with whom the studio still collaborates. Tino Zervudachi joined in the 1980s, when Mlinaric, Henry & Zervudachi was formed. The studio has now become Zervudachi, Roberts & Macadam to reflect the current partnership of Zervudachi, Jason Roberts, who joined in 1989, and Laurence Macadam, who joined in 1995.
