Since embarking on your journey to holiday home ownership, you have already achieved a lot. The fi rst step was deciding that this lifestyle is for you and your family.


You have successfully discovered a holiday haven for you and your family to retreat from, which from a huge selection of over 160 parks is no mean feat.


You have made an important connection with your park manager, who will be your fi rst point of contact whilst you are relaxing and enjoying your holidays. Importantly you have found a pitch that fulfi lls your needs for you to enjoy for years to come. With careful consideration you have selected from an excellent range of models to choose from and chosen your perfect holiday home.


T e f nal things to do before you can take ownership of your Holiday Home are:


Find out from your sales advisor when the holiday home will be delivered to the park. If it is already at Salop Leisure it may only be a couple of weeks, but if the model is coming from the manufacturer it could be much longer.


Ensure that your insurance is in place and gives you the reassurance that you need. The cover can be tailored to suit your needs. Remember to fully cover the cost of your possessions.


Familiarise yourself with our aftersales team who will be making the arrangements to transport and site your holiday home onto your chosen park.


The siting, connection and delivery costs you have paid in addition to the cost of your holiday home are to cover the costs of this process which is designed to ensure that the holiday home is ready for you to enjoy when it is sited on your chosen park.


You can take a lot of assurance in the aftercare we off er. We have on-the-road qualifi ed service engineers, and a team based in Shrewsbury to co- ordinate the service. We believe the standard of our after-sales puts us in the forefront of the industry.


It is not uncommon for there to be initial snagging issues once the model is sited on your pitch. Your holiday home could weigh as much as 9 tonnes and may need a little bit of re-adjustment once it has been bedded onto the pitch.


The aftersales team can also make arrangements to prepare your holiday home for winter, preventing it from frost damage that can be potentially very costly to put right.


We also recommend that you familiarise yourself with both the dealership and manufacturer’s warranties that cover faults with your holiday home.
