Choosing your Holiday Home STEP4
Before visiting parks, you probably have seen a wide selection of holiday homes either at a show such as the NEC or at one of our dealerships. Having ideas of which models you like is helpful here, but not essential. Our sales advisors are in regular contact with parks so we can help you identify which models will work for your chosen pitch. As we established in the previous step, selecting the correct model to realise the benefi ts of your pitch is important. Would you need a model that has outlook doors and a balcony on the front to maximise this? Perhaps a model with full length windows will help you appreciate the countryside, trees, fi elds, hills, rivers or the sea which may be seen from your chosen pitch.
It is important to choose a model that provides a comfortable, safe environment for you, your immediate family, children, grand children and possibly your four legged friends.
Salop Leisure have a large selection of mid range models that are extremely popular because of their added features compared to entry level models. You can expect to see key features such as an ensuite toilet or bathroom in addition to the family bathroom with shower as standard. There are other great benefi ts such as matching lamps in the bedrooms and USB charge points.
If you are aspiring for high-end, our luxury range is an excellent choice for you. These tend to feature freestanding lounge furniture which is more homely than their fi xed seating counterparts. You will be able
to enjoy a sumptuous décor throughout the holiday home or luxury lodge. The kitchens exude quality with integrated fridge/freezers and microwaves which are extremely common in these models. Some even have integrated dishwashers and washing machines which are sure to save you time so you can enjoy your holidays.
Alternatively, we have a selection of entry level models that are designed to make holiday home ownership accessible to more families than ever before. These often come with domestic central heating systems and UPVC double glazing.
To help you achieve the luxury you aspire to, we can help you fi nance your holiday home with our competitive fi nance agreements that are designed to make your dreams easy and accessible.
The fi nance examples on page 17 give an example of what can be potentially achieved with your monthly budget based on paying a 10% deposit and taking an agreement over a 10 year period. These can be tailored to suit your plans. Don’t forget to include the siting, connection and delivery costs into calculations. If you have owned a holiday home before, your previous model could be used as a part exchange in most instances.
You do not have to worry! We will help you every step of the way.
